Hey there, I'm Chef Johnny Hornibrook, the visionary behind Heart of the Table and HOTT Hospitality. My culinary journey spans nearly 20 years, starting from the trenches as a dishwasher and rising through the ranks to the prestigious role of COO for a multi-million dollar national chain.

Along the way, I've donned various hats, from server to executive chef, in multiple establishments. I've felt the heat of the kitchen and the weight of responsibility, from managing day-to-day operations to overseeing culinary excellence.

With a degree in Business Administration bolstering my culinary expertise, I've gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry's ins and outs, from the magic of the back of the house to the pressures of cash flow management and liabilities.

But amidst the hustle and bustle, I've always felt a calling to do more—to bridge the gap between the needs of workers and the goals of management. That's where Heart of the Table and HOTT Hospitality come in.
